At a time of uncertainty and change in ways of communicating, the IBBY library has discovered a new way of making use of freedom; together we have to learn and understand what new challenges and possibilities can be gained from this experience.
From Monday, 29 October to Saturday, 3 November 2018 we are going to Lampedusa again to work together on how to create a library that is at the same time international and local; normal and yet extraordinary; and is ready to welcome everyone who passes through.
