Submissions to Outstanding Books for Young People with Disabilities: Volunteers Needed
IBBY Canada is looking for volunteer readers to assist with the selection of outstanding book submissions for the IBBY Collection for Young People with Disabilities in May and June 2022.
Readers are needed for children or teen picture books and novels in French, Basque, Catalan, Chinese, Dutch, Farsi, Finnish, Galician, German, Indonesian, Italian, Russian, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish and Thai.
To participate, you read a PDF of the book and complete a short evaluation form. Most likely one or two books would be assigned within the given time frame. The final selection is done by library staff.
