There is no submissions process for IBBY Canada's Claude Aubry Award or nominations to international IBBY honours. Submissions are invited for the Elizabeth Mrazik-Cleaver Award and the Frances E. Russell Grant. Shortlists and winners are selected by juries composed of children's literature experts across the country, who work in cooperation with our partners at the Canadian Children's Book Centre, Communication-Jeunesse and the Library and Archives Canada. Note that publishers on the IBBY Canada executive committee do not sit on these juries due to possible conflict of interest, although they may participate on fundraising committees or help coordinate ceremonies.
